Intro

Hello friends. My name is Alan Charles Cass. I am a semi-retired businessman, part time writer and songwriter, living in St. Petersburg, Florida.

I started Nexxtgen Websites to create interesting, fun and educational websites about social issues, healthy living, healthy eating, smart exercise routines, yoga and stretching, massage, self improvement, kid's issues, environmental issues, solar and wind energy, building a healthier world, smart technology and the future.

A short story about us

I have been creating music and writing about social causes for most of my adult life, although most of my income came from a design and construction company I owned for over thirty years. This business was my primary source of income since 1992. After Covid struck the US in 2000, I was forced to close this business. It was a big loss for me and I took a huge financial hit. But, I had to move on, though I desperately needed a way to continue generating an income for myself. So I started taking on construction projects and did miscellaneous work to generate an income. After getting beat up on a few construction projects, broken rib or two, I decided it was time for me to consider other ways to generate an income. After thirty years of large scale construction projects, I decided it was time to pursue writing and songwriting full time.

Since I had been working on several songs, stories and websites in my spare time, I decided to complete and publish some of those works, in hopes of generating an income from them. I published some of the songs I had been working on and I decided to do the same for the website projects I had started. Since I had a long list of websites planned for eventual publication, I decided they would all fit nicely into a collection of websites and serve as sources for truthful, reliable, fact checked information. Hence, Nexxtgen Websites was born.

Educating the World

As the reach of the internet expands, more people worldwide are relying on the internet for their news and information. The internet has become the go to place for people in every age group seeking information. In the same way that the internet is used for fun and entertainment, I question why the internet is not used more to advance learning.

With the expanded reach of the internet, it is now possible to educate people living in areas of the world, where education has been sparse or non-existent. My goal with Nexxtgen, is to stream our publications in every language possible and on every reliable network that we can access, to help inform people and advance learning in areas which have not kept pace with the rest of the world.
